A Custom Signature Stream Over 30 Years of Hanmi Pharm Brand History
When a pharmaceutical company hosts an academic forum, the program in the room is the easy part. The harder part is what happens in the lobby — how the guests are welcomed, how the brand is introduced before the first session begins.
Hanmi Pharm came to the 2026 Bone Bridge Forum with thirty years of company history they wanted in the room with them.
What we built
A single MP-C transparent guestbook canvas, set in the welcome area of Lotte Hotel Busan, paired with a custom-built background loop. The background was not a generic brand video. It was a 30-year timeline of Hanmi's research, products, and milestones, rendered as a slow continuous scroll.
As attendees signed in, their signatures and short messages joined the timeline. The signatures floated over the company history as it scrolled. Past and present in the same frame.
Why a custom background, not a stock visual
The default for a corporate guestbook is a clean brand backdrop. That works for most events. For an anniversary forum tied to thirty years of work, the brand needed to be the content, not the wallpaper.
We built the timeline loop together with Hanmi's marketing team — image selection, sequencing, tempo. The signature stream then sat on top of it like handwriting on a record.
What attendees experienced
Doctors, researchers, and partners signed in. Each signature became part of the loop within seconds. Senior leadership noticed their own milestones scrolling past as new signatures landed on them. Several attendees photographed the canvas with their signature still visible.
The scene is a customized variant of Floating Signature Stream, tuned for an academic-medical audience and paced to match a longer-format event.
Who this is for
Pharmaceutical companies, anniversary events, academic societies, and any organization where the brand has a history worth showing during the welcome moment. The MP-C panel handles standard guestbook duty out of the box; the background is customizable per event.
If you have thirty years of work to share and ninety minutes of welcome time, the guestbook is how you show both at once.
